摘　　要：政府行为是民族体育产业发展的首要保障。当前,积极的民族体育政策、上升发展的竞技体育产业与民族传统体育发展落差明显,民族体育文化产品供给主要依托政府支持。政治经济社会外部条件变化为企业带来的效用往往是一体两面——危机与机会并存。基于民族体育产业自身,将政府行为作为民族体育产业发展的外部条件,对政府行为对民族体育产业的作用进行正确的SWOT分析,可以提前防范化解企业短板造成的危机,助力企业持续成长。通过对企业内部因素和外部因素同步对比分析,可以为我国民族地区体育产业的发展提供参考与借鉴。Government actions are the primary guarantee for the development of the national sports industry.Currently,there is a significant gap among active national sports policies,the rising and developing competitive sports industry and the development of traditional national sports,and the supply of national sports culture products mainly relies on government support.The utility brought by changes in political,economic and social external conditions to enterprises is often the two sides of the same coin—crises and opportunities.Based on the national sports industry itself,with government actions as external conditions for the development of the national sports industry,the correct SWOT analysis of the role of government actions to the national sports industry can prevent and resolve crises caused by enterprise shortcomings in advance and help enterprises continue to grow.By comparing and analyzing the internal and external factors of enterprises simultaneously,it can provide reference and models for the development of the sports industry in ethnic regions of China.
