摘  要:针对西藏地区高原供氧需求和高渗透可再生能源在时空尺度的差异性问题,提出一种经济、低碳的虚拟电厂集群调度策略。以最小经济成本为目标,考虑电转气-变压吸附分离空气制氧联合供氧模式,在热电联产的基础上建立电、氧、热三联产供需侧灵活响应机制,通过能源聚合商发布实时群内共享电价,引导集群优化。运用Gurobi求解器进行求解,设置4种情景进行对比分析,算例表明相较于其他情景,所提策略对虚拟电厂集群提升经济效益和降低碳排放的综合效果最优。Aimed at the plateau oxygen supply demand in the Tibet region and the difference in high-permeability re-newable energy on a time and space scale,an economical and low-carbon dispatching strategy for a virtual power plant(VPP)cluster is proposed.With the goal of minimum economic cost and the consideration of the combined oxygen sup-ply mode of power-to-gas and oxygen production by vacuum pressure swing adsorption,a flexible response mechanism on the supply and demand sides of electricity,oxygen and heat combined generation is established on the basis of com-bined heat and power.The cluster optimization is guided by the real-time intra-cluster elastic shared electricity prices,which are released by an energy aggregator.The Gurobi solver is used to solve the problem,and four scenarios are set for comparative analysis.The result of an example shows that compared with other scenarios,the proposed strategy has the best comprehensive effect in improving the VPP cluster’seconomic benefits and reducing its carbon emissions.
