摘 要:为了解决传统井壁设计理论无法合理计算超千米深井井壁的难题,以磁西矿1341.6 m深副立井井壁设计为工程背景,通过分析千米深井力学作用机理,将井壁与围岩纳入统一的力学模型,并引入水土耦合作用机理,建立井壁与围岩固液耦合作用力学模型。根据厚壁圆筒理论和第三强度理论,得到了井壁与围岩共同承载理论井壁厚度计算式。根据井壁与围岩共同承载理论表达式可知,影响井壁合理厚度的因素包括井壁与围岩的抗压强度、弹性模量、剪切模量和泊松比、岩层含水渗透压等物理力学参数。应用该理论计算了磁西一号矿井副立井井壁厚度:泥岩段(埋深1280 m)井壁合理厚度计算结果为0.852 m,设计取0.9 m;砂岩段(埋深1200 m)井壁合理厚度计算结果为0.747 m,设计取0.8 m。井筒自设计施工完毕使用至今,井壁完好,满足了安全生产需要。工程应用表明:井壁与围岩共同承载理论及井壁厚度表达式符合超千米深井井壁安全设计要求。As the shaft lining cannot be reasonably calculated with traditional shaft lining design theory,in the shaft deeper than 1000 m,the shaft lining design of an 1341.6 m deep auxiliary shaft with in Cixi Mine is taken as the engineering background.Through analyzing the mechanical mechanism of the shaft lining and surrounding rock,a unified mechanical model is incorporated into the shaft lining and surrounding rock,and the water and soil coupling mechanism is introduced to establish a mechanical model for the solid-liquid coupling action of the shaft lining and surrounding rock.Based on the thick wall cylinder theory and the third strength theory,the theoretical formula for calculating the thickness of shaft wall under the joint load of shaft wall and surrounding rock is obtained.According to the theoretical expression of joint bearing capacity of shaft wall and surrounding rock,the factors affecting the reasonable thickness of shaft lining include physical and mechanical parameters such as compressive strength,elastic modulus,shear modulus,Poisson's ratio,and water content and permeability pressure of rock strata.Using this theory,the lining thickness of is calculated:the reasonable thickness of the mudstone section(buried depth 1280 m)is 0.852 m,and the design value is 0.9 m;the reasonable thickness of the shaft wall in the sandstone section(buried depth 1200 m)is 0.747 m,and the design value is 0.8 m.Since the operation of the shaft,it has been in good condition,meeting the needs of safe production.The engineering application shows that the joint bearing theory of shaft wall and surrounding rock and the expression of shaft wall thickness meet the safety design requirements for shaft linings in shafts deeper than 1000 m.
