摘 要:针对潘三矿准备采区系统巷道炮掘施工进度慢、效率低的问题,分析了影响炮掘岩巷进尺主要因素并确定了其影响权重,结合双向聚能爆破机理提出了一种新型的聚能管装置,改进了爆破掏槽方案,优化了炮眼参数、炮眼布置以及炮眼装药量,形成了双向聚能爆破技术。现场应用结果表明:该技术打眼少、效果好、出矸快、费用低,既保障了巷道周边成型,又提高了进尺效率,掘进进尺由最高的48 m/月提高到81 m/月,进尺效率增加了68.8%,实现了硬岩大断面岩巷炮掘快速施工,节约了施工成本,可为同类型地质条件下巷道施工提供借鉴。Aiming at the slow progress and low efficiency in the preparation area rock system of Pansan Coal Mine,which adopted blasting excavation method,the main factors affecting rock roadway footage and the influence weight were analyzed.Combining with the rock breaking mechanism of bidirectional shaped charge blasting,a new shaped charge tube device was proposed.The blasting ctting scheme was improved,the borehole parameters,borehole layout and borehole charge were optimized,the bidirectional shaped charge blasting technology was formed and applied in field.The application results showed,that this technology has the advantages of less drilling,good effect,rapid gangue production and low cost,which not only ensures the forming of the roadway,but also improves the footage efficiency,improving the monthly footage from 48 m to 81 m,that is a 68.8%rise in footage efficiency,realizing rapid and low-cost construction in hard rock roadway with large section.
