摘  要:为解决综采工作面刮板输送机“上窜下滑”给工作面回采带来诸多不利影响,造成安全出口不畅、工作面设备损坏、生产效率低等问题。文章基于赛蒙特尔煤矿3408综采工作面刮板输送机“下滑”控制的实践经验,分析了刮板输送机控制过程中暴露的问题和常规的工作面调斜、单向推中部槽、调整支架等方法在实践中的不足,总结了在不同环境和工况的情况下,对控制方法使用的注意事项和改进措施,采取短面快速调斜、刮板输送机快速展平、油缸辅助调架等方法实现对刮板输送机“上窜下滑”的快速控制和调整。The slippage of scraper conveyor in fully mechanized mining face has many adverse effects on the mining of working face,which might block the safety exit,damage equipment and hinder the production efficiency.Based on the practical experience of slippage control of scraper conveyor in 3408 fully mechanized mining face of a mine,the problems in the control process of scraper conveyor were analyzed,the shortcomings of conventional methods such as working face roll steering,pushing the pan along one-direction and adjusting support were summarized,and the matters need attention and improvement measures for the control methods in different environments and working conditions were put forward.The scraper conveyor slippage are rapidly controlled and adjusted by adopting the methods of short working face rapid roll steering,scraper conveyor rapid flattening,oil cylinder auxiliary adjustment.
