摘 要:简要介绍了钇基重稀土复合球化剂、球化包芯线的研究现状,介绍了钇基重稀土复合球化剂、球化包芯线的制备。主要探讨了钇基重稀土复合球化剂、球化包芯线中的元素特性及其球化作用机理。分析了不同重量、壁厚球铁铸件如何选择钇基重稀土复合球化剂、球化包芯线,以及钇基重稀土复合球化剂、球化包芯线在工厂的应用效果。The current status of the yttrium-based heavy rare earth composite nodulizer and nodulizing cored wire was comprehensively reviewed in this paper.The preparation of the yttrium-based heavy rare earth composite spheroidization and nodulizing cored wire was briefly introduced.The element characteristics and the spheroidizing mechanism of the yttrium-based heavy rare earth composite nodulizer and nodulizing cored wire were explored.How to choose yttrium-based heavy rare earth composite nodulizer and nodulizing cored wire for ductile iron castings of different weights and wall thicknesses was described.And the application effect of the yttrium-based heavy rare earth composite nodulizer and nodularizing cored wire in the factory was introduced.
