摘　　要：介绍了大口径球墨铸铁管热模喷涂的涂料组成、配制及生产中喷涂可能存在的问题。针对公司大口径球墨铸铁管热模喷涂效率较低的现状,对现有喷涂系统进行整改升级,包括空压风系统升级、选择合适的喷嘴、整改设备及工装。进行相应的试验,最终提高喷涂效率,缩短喷涂时间,提高了喷涂质量。The paint composition,preparation and possible problems of spraying in the production of hot-mould coating spraying of large diameter ductile iron pipes were introduced.In view of the current situation with lower efficiency of the company′s hot-mould coating spraying of large diameter ductile iron pipes,the exisiting spraying system was upgraded,including upgrading of air pressure system,selecting the appropriate nozzle,rectifing equipment and tooling.The corresponding tests were carried out to improve spraying efficiency,shorten spraying time and improve spraying quality.
