摘  要:交直流气体绝缘开关/气体绝缘输电线路运行的工程现场会产生多尺度微粒,其中的微纳粉尘在腔体中受到耦合场作用发生弥散运动。微纳粉尘粒径小、物化活性强、诱发的故障特征隐蔽性高,极大威胁设备绝缘安全。为此梳理了微纳粉尘的弥散浓度检测、空间分布的可视化探测技术的研究进展,并归纳了输电装备绝缘危险程度的评估方法。在此基础上,提出了微纳粉尘检测和危险程度评估中需要突破的关键问题和技术手段。高精度的微纳粉尘弥散浓度检测技术是研究和分析粉尘散射演化特性与弥散机制的基础,空间分布的可视化探测技术为实现微纳粉尘的示踪和探究时空动力学行为特征提供技术支撑。利用弥散浓度检测和可视化探测技术获得的微纳粉尘特征信息,能够建立粉尘危险程度评估的定量评价体系。微纳粉尘特征信息可视化探测技术的探索,也为开展微纳粉尘放电形态检测和放电机制研究提供思路。最后,总结了解决微纳粉尘可视化探测的技术途径,对研究气体绝缘开关/气体绝缘输电线路(gas insulated switchgear/gas insulated transmission lines,GIS/GIL)微纳粉尘的弥散演化机制与空间分布特征提供参考。Multi-scale particles in engineering site may be produced in the operation of AC/DC gas insulated switchgear/gas insulated transmission lines,in which micron-nano dust is dispersed by the coupling field.With the characteristics of small size,strong physical and chemical activity and high concealment,micron-nano dust greatly threatens the safety of equipment insulation.In this paper,the research progress at home and abroad is reviewed,including dispersion concentration detection and spatial distribution visualization detection technology of micron-nano dust.And the evaluation methods of insulation risk degree of transmission equipment is summarized.On this basis,the key problems and technical means that need to be broken through in micron-nano dust detection and risk assessment are proposed.High-precision dispersion concentration detection technology of micron-nano dust is the basis for studying and analyzing the evolution characteristics and dispersion mechanism of dust scattering.The visual detection technology of spatial distribution provides technical supports for realizing the tracing of micron-nano dust and exploring the characteristics of spatiotemporal dynamic behavior.A quantitative evaluation system for dust hazard assessment can be established by the micron-nano dust characteristic information obtained by dispersion concentration detection and visual detection technology.The exploration of visual detection technology for micron-nano dust characteristic information also provides ideas for the study of micron-nano dust discharge morphology detection and discharge mechanism.Finally,the technical approaches to solve the visual detection of micron-nano dust are summarized,which provides a reference for studying the dispersion evolution mechanism and spatial distribution characteristics of GIS/GIL micron-nano dust.
