摘 要:为了解决逐年增加的可再生能源发电与负荷分散集成导致的配电网功率倒灌以及电能质量问题,提出一种基于低频中压交流(low-frequency medium-voltage alternating current,LF-MVac)互联的网格化混合微电网结构,所提结构在能够实现潮流调控的基础上,还具备灵活组网能力及能更好地利用现有基础设施等优势。此外,设计了一种隔离型模块化多电平矩阵变换器(isolated modular multilevel matrix converter,I-M3C),给出了其拓扑与调制策略,建立了I-M3C平均电路模型,设计了基于双dq坐标变换的I-M3C控制策略,实现了中压交流(medium-voltage alternating current,MVac)、LF-MVac以及低压直流(low-voltage direct current,LVdc)3个端口之间的能量转换。最后,搭建了基于LF-MVac互联的网格化混合微电网仿真平台,证明了所提关键装备的有效性及相关理论分析的正确性。In order to solve the power backflow and power quality problems of the distribution grid caused by the increasing renewable energy generation and load decentralized integration,a meshed hybrid distribution grid structure based on low-frequency medium-voltage alternating current(LF-MVac)interconnection is proposed.On the basis of realizing power flow regulation,the proposed structure also has the advantages of flexible networking capabilities and better utilization of existing infrastructure.Moreover,an isolated modular multilevel matrix conversion device(I-M3C)is designed.The topology and modulation strategy are given,the average circuit model of I-M3C is established,and the control strategy of I-M3C based on double-dq coordinate transformation is designed.The energy conversion among the three ports of medium-voltage alternating current(MVac),LF-MVac and low-voltage direct current(LVdc)is realized.Finally,a meshed hybrid microgrid simulation platform based on LF-MVac interconnection is built,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed key equipment and the correctness of relevant theoretical analysis.
