摘  要:通过探究沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides Linn)果实颜色和硬度对沙棘绕实蝇(Rhagoletis batava Hering)产卵选择的影响,从而明确沙棘绕实蝇的关键防治时期。在新疆阿合奇县‘向阳’、‘无刺丰’、‘状元黄’、‘深秋红’4个品种混植沙棘林林间按棋盘式每个品种选择5棵样树,在每棵样树阴面距地面1.5 m处选择一根样枝(果实数>50粒),随机选择其中50粒完整沙棘果实,统计产卵率,测定果实的颜色值和硬度值。结果表明,‘无刺丰’品种受害率最高,达39%。在沙棘果实颜色值中的a值达-1.47~19.38,果实表皮硬度低于0.65 kg/cm^(2)时,沙棘绕实蝇开始危害,可以确定此时前后为阿合奇县防治沙棘绕实蝇的关键窗口期。This paper aims to explore the effect of fruit colorability and hardness on Rhagoletis batava Hering spawning selection.Five sample trees were selected for each variety in the mixed planting forest of Hippophae rhamnoides L.‘Xiangyang’,‘Wucifeng’,‘Zhuangyuanhuang’,‘Shenqiuhong’in Aheqi County,Xinjiang,and one sample branch(number of fruits>50)was selected at 1.5 m in the shade of each sample tree,and 50 intact Hippophae rhamnoides L.fruits were randomly selected as sample fruits.The results showed that the damage rate of‘Wucifeng’was the highest,reaching 39%,and when the a value of Rhagoletis batava in the color value of seabuckthorn fruit reached-1.47-19.38,the fruit epidermis hardness was lower than 0.65 kg/cm^(2),and the damage of Rhagoletis batava began.It can be determined that around this time is the key window period for controlling Rhagoletis batava in Aheqi County.
