摘 要:为探究乙酸对土壤累积态磷活化及棉花磷素吸收的影响,以新农大棉4号为材料,通过施用乙酸的盆栽试验方法,设置土壤中不施磷肥和乙酸溶液(对照)、仅施用磷肥、分次施入150 L/hm^(2)乙酸溶液、分次施入300 L/hm^(2)乙酸溶液、一次性施入150 L/hm^(2)乙酸溶液和一次性施入300 L/hm^(2)乙酸溶液6个处理。结果表明,4种乙酸施用方式均可提高土壤中有效磷含量和棉花磷素吸收,施用乙酸处理的棉花磷素吸收量均显著高于对照(P<0.05),与对照比棉花磷素吸收提高了37.3%~101.7%,且一次性施入300 L/hm^(2)乙酸溶液处理的磷素吸收量最高。在0~5 cm、5~10 cm和10~20 cm土层中,乙酸溶液用量为150 L/hm^(2)时,土壤有效磷含量较仅施用磷肥处理分别增加了16.3%~35.4%、1.1%~10.4%和0.9%~8.8%,乙酸溶液用量为300 L/hm^(2)时,0~5 cm、5~10 cm和10~20 cm土层中有效磷含量分别增加了18.3%~38.8%、2.4%~20.1%和2.0%~11.6%。乙酸施用可提高土壤中磷素的有效性,促进棉株磷的积累,从而提高棉花的生物量和产量,并以一次性施入300 L/hm^(2)乙酸溶液处理对棉花的磷素吸收效果最好,土壤中有效磷的含量随乙酸的用量增加而增加。To investigate the effect of acetic acid on the activation of soil cumulative state phosphorus and phosphorus uptake in cotton by using Xinnongda Cotton No.4 as the material,the soil was set up with no phosphorus fertilizer and acetic acid(CK),phosphorus fertilizer only,split application of 150 L/hm^(2)of acetic acid solution,split application of 300 L/hm^(2)of acetic acid solution,one-time application of 150 L/hm^(2)of acetic acid solution and six different treatments were applied with a single application of 300 L/hm^(2)acetic acid solution.All four acetic acid applications increased the effective phosphorus content in soil and phosphorus uptake in cotton,and the phosphorus uptake in cotton under acetic acid application treatments was significantly higher than that in CK,with 37.3%-101.7%higher than that in the control,and the highest phosphorus uptake was observed in a single application of 300 L/hm^(2)acetic acid solution treatment.The effective phosphorus content in the soil increased by 16.3%-35.4%,1.1%-10.4%and 0.9%-8.8%in the 0-5 cm,5-10 cm and 10-20 cm soil layers,respectively,at 150 L/hm^(2)of acetic acid solution comparedwith only phosphorus fertilizer treatment,and the effective phosphorus content in the 0-5 cm,5-10 cm and 10-20 cm soil layers increased by 0.9%-8.8%at 300 L/hm^(2)of acetic acid solution.The effective phosphorus content in the 0-5 cm,5-10 cm and 10-20 cm soil layers increased by 18.3%-38.8%,2.4%-20.1%and 2.0%-11.6%.Acetic acid application can improve the effectiveness of phosphorus in soil,promote the accumulation of phosphorus nutrients in cotton,ensure the growth and development needs of plants,thus improving the biomass and yield of cotton,and a single application of 300 L/hm^(2)acetic acid solution treatment has the best effect on phosphorus uptake in cotton,which increases the content of effective phosphorus in soil with the amount of acetic acid.
