摘 要:利用植物病害流行学手段,通过微生物菌肥、常规肥料设计,明确两种施肥方式下花生网斑病的发生流行动态。采用温湿度记录仪、土壤检测仪对试验小区环境和土壤环境进行监测。结果表明:从6月10日调查开始到流行末期,施加微生物菌肥和施加常规肥料小区平均温度分别为27.0℃和27.1℃,小区平均湿度分别为50.1%和49.9%,土壤平均温度分别为25.0℃和25.1℃,土壤平均湿度分别为51.1%和51.0%,土壤平均PH值分别为6.4和5.8,流行末期病情指数分别为35.5和42.8,病株率分别为94%和100%。试两种施肥方式下土壤环境的pH值存在差异。病害流行过程中病情严重程度为:施加常规肥料>施加微生物菌肥。通过计算机应用SPSS 27.0软件对所调查两种施肥方式的病情指数进行曲线回归分析,拟合出最适Logistic模型。应用该模型推导病害指数增长期(始发期)、盛发期、衰退期,指数增长期(始发期)也是最佳药剂防治时间。Through the design of microbial fertilizer and conventional fertilizer,the occurrence and epidemic dynamics of peanut web spot under the two fertilization methods were determined by means of plant disease epidemiology.Temperature and humidity recorder and soil detector were used to monitor the environment of the test area and soil environment.The results show that:From the beginning of the investigation on June 10 to the end of the epidemic,the average temperature of the plots applying microbial fertilizer and conventional fertilizer was 27.0℃and 27.1℃,the average humidity of the plots was 50.1%and 49.9%,the average soil temperature was 25.0℃and 25.1℃,and the average soil humidity was 51.1%and 51.0%,respectively.The average soil PH values were 6.4 and 5.8,the end-epidemic disease indices were 35.5 and 42.8,and the disease rates were 94%and 100%,respectively.The pH value of soil environment was different under the two fertilization methods.The severity of disease in the epidemic process was:applying conventional fertilizer>applying microbial fertilizer.SPSS 27.0 software was used to make curve regression analysis of the disease index of the two fertilization methods,and the optimal Logistic model was fitted.The exponential growth period(initial stage),peak stage and decline stage of disease were deduced by using the model.The exponential growth period(initial stage)was also the best time for drug control.
