摘  要:为进一步替代WC并改善FeCoCu基胎体的性能,在其中掺入预合金化的Ni-Cr粉末,研究Ni-Cr预合金粉末对FeCoCu基胎体性能的影响。对不同Ni-Cr或WC质量分数下烧结试样的抗弯强度、硬度进行了测试,利用SEM、EDS和XRD等分析手段对烧结试样进行了微观分析,最后通过摩擦磨损试验观测了不同Ni-Cr质量分数下胎体中金刚石的出刃情况。结果表明:随着Ni-Cr质量分数由0增大到15%,胎体的抗弯强度、抗弯强度损失率呈先增大后减小的趋势,而胎体的硬度则不断增大;纯FeCoCu胎体中的金刚石表面存在侵蚀现象,但随着Ni-Cr质量分数增加,金刚石的表面形貌改善,金刚石表面热损伤缓解,胎体材料对金刚石的润湿性增强;适量Ni-Cr预合金粉末的加入,有助于增强胎体的自锐性,改善胎体对金刚石的把持性能;Ni-Cr预合金粉末对FeCoCu基胎体硬度、把持性能的增强效果明显优于WC粉末,并且可以改善胎体的自锐性,是Fe基钻头胎体配方中良好的WC替代材料。To further replace WC and improve the properties of FeCoCu-based matrix,prealloyed Ni-Cr powder was incorporated into them to study the effect of Ni-Cr pre-alloyed powder on the properties of FeCoCu-based matrix.The flexural strength and hardness of the sintered specimens were tested at different Ni-Cr or WC mass fractions.And the microscopic analysis of the specimens was carried out by SEM,EDS,and XRD.Finally,the diamond retention condition in the matrix was observed by friction wear test at different Ni-Cr mass fractions.The results show that with the increase of Ni-Cr mass fraction from 0 to 15%,the flexural strength and flexural strength loss rate of the matrix show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while the hardness of the matrix keeps increasing.The erosion phenomenon exists on the diamond surface in the pure FeCoCu matrix.And with the increase of Ni-Cr mass fraction,the surface morphology of the diamond can be improved,the thermal damage be mitigated,and the wetting of the diamond by matrix material be enhanced.The addition of a suitable amount of pre-alloyed Ni-Cr powder helps to improve the self-sharpening ability and holding performance of the matrix.Ni-Cr pre-alloyed powder is a good alternative to WC in the formulation of the Fe-based drill bit matrix because the enhancement effect of Ni-Cr on the hardness and holding performance of FeCoCu-based matrix is significantly better than that of WC powder,and it can improve the self-sharpening of the matrix.
