摘  要:采用Cu、Sn、Ti等金属粉末为原料制备青铜基金属结合剂试样,研究了添加不同氧含量(质量分数,下同)的Sn粉对Cu-Sn-Ti金属结合剂机械性能的影响。结果表明,Sn粉的氧含量在500×10^(-6)至3 000×10^(-6)范围内,随着氧含量的升高,Cu-Sn-Ti金属结合剂的密度、抗折强度等性能都有所下降。在添加高氧含量的Sn粉后,Cu-Sn-Ti结合剂内形成金属-陶瓷相,结合剂的硬度提高,由此结合剂制作而成的金属结合剂超薄砂轮耐磨性增加。Cu,Sn and Ti were used to study the effect of Sn powder with different oxygen content(mass fraction)on the mechanical properties of Cu-Sn-Ti metal binder.The results show that the oxygen content of Sn powder is in the range of 500×10^(-6) to 3000×10^(-6),and the density and strength resistance of Cu-Sn-Ti metal biuder decrease with the increasing oxygen content.After the addition of Sn powder with high oxygen content,the metal-ceramic phase was formed in the Cu-Sn-Ti binder,and the hardness of the binder was increased,and the wear resistance of the ultra-thin metal binder wheel made from the binder was increased.
