摘　　要：高校思想政治教育系统是社会生态系统的子系统。优化高校思想政治教育生态系统,其核心是要明确系统的要素,分析其存在的问题,优化其发挥的作用,促进其功能的整合,最终实现系统的平衡。阐释构成高校思想政治教育生态系统的主体、客体、介体、环体4个要素,分析优化高校思想政治教育生态系统的必要性和存在的问题,提出新时代高校思想政治教育生态系统的优化策略。The ideological and political education system in colleges and universities is a subsystem of the social ecosystem.To optimize the ecological system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the core problem is to find out the elements of the system,analyze its existing problems,optimize its role,promote the integration of its functions,and finally achieve the balance of the system.The article explains the four elements,namely,subject,object,mediator and ring,which constitute the ecological system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,analyzes necessity and existing problems of optimizing the ecological system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and puts forward strategies for optimizing the ecological system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.
