影响老年人参加社会基本养老保险的因素——基于CGSS2018的实证分析

摘　　要：随着社会发展,养老问题备受关注。利用CGSS2018调查数据构建二元logit模型,分析了影响老年人参加社会基本养老保险的因素。研究表明,在个体因素中,文化水平、个人年收入、户口、所在地区、政治面貌对老年人参保行为有显著影响;家庭因素对老年人参保行为没有显著影响;在社会因素中,是否购买商业养老保险或养老保险对老年人参保具有显著影响。据此,应加大参保政策宣传力度,提高老年人的参保意识,积极统筹社会各方资源,健全养老保险服务体系,逐步缩小城乡养老差距,不断推进我国社会基本养老保险制度及养老政策的高质量发展。With the development of society,the elderly support has attracted much attention.The study uses CGSS2018 survey data to analyze the influencing factors of the elderly people’s participation in social basic pension insurance by constructing a binary logit model.The results show that among individual factors,cultural level,personal annual income,household registration,region,and political outlook have significant influence on the participation of the elderly in insurance.Family factors have no influence on the participation of elderly people in social basic pension insurance.Among social factors,whether to purchase commercial pension insurance or medical insurance has significant influence on elderly participation in insurance.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the publicity of insurance policies,enhance the awareness of elderly people’s insurance participation,actively coordinate resources from all sectors of society,improve the elderly insurance service system,and gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural elderly insurance to continuously promote the high quality development of social basic endowment insurance system and elderly policies in China.
