社会工作介入农村留守儿童成长困境实务研究——以自贡市“童伴计划”为例  

Practical Study of Social Work Involvement in the Growth Dilemma of Rural Left-behind Children——Through Taking“Child Companion Programme”in Zigong City as an Example

摘　　要：四川省是最先开展“童伴计划”的地区,近几年已逐步建立起成熟的留守儿童关爱网络。以四川省自贡市“童伴计划”项目为例,运用文献研究法、访谈法、实地调查法收集资料,分析发现自贡市“童伴计划”存在财政投入力度小,资金来源单一;童伴妈妈专业化不足,稳定性较差;童伴活动主题单一,缺乏优质项目;家庭支持度与社会力量参与度较低等问题。拓宽资金来源,优化资金使用方式;提升“童伴妈妈”的专业水平与服务能力;丰富活动类型,增强活动效果;多元引入社会力量,完善社会协作体系等是为农村留守儿童提供多样化关爱服务的有效路径。Sichuan Province has firstly carried out the“Child Companion Program”,and gradually established mature care network for left-behind children in recent years.Through taking the“Child Companion Program”in Zigong City,Sichuan Province as an example,literature research,interview and field investigation methods are used to collect data.It is found that there are problems in“Child Companion Program”in Zigong City,such as little financial investment and single source of funds;insufficient speciality of child companion mother,poor stability;single theme of children’s companion activities,lack of quality projects;low family support and participation in social forces,etc.Broadening the source of funds,and optimizing the use of funds;improving the professional level and service ability of“child companion mother”;enriching the types of activities,and enhancing the effect of activities;introducing multiple social forces,and improving the social cooperation system are effective ways to provide diversified care services for rural left-behind children.
