摘　　要：黑龙江省省属科研机构是全省科技发展工作的重要组成部分,关系到区域创新能力的提升与经济和社会发展。本研究针对黑龙江省省属科研机构在区域创新体系中的职责定位提出了建议:应不断优化调整布局,为黑龙江省新兴产业战略发展与传统产业改造升级提供技术支撑。技术应用企业与科研机构应保持密切的合作关系,提升科技创新的原动力,满足企业发展需求。科研机构要明确自身定位,培养错位意识,实现科学研究与地方经济社会的融合发展。Scientific research institutions in Heilongjiang Province are the important part of the development of science and technology,which is related to the promotion of regional innovation ability,and economic and social development of Heilongjiang Province.The study proposes suggestions on responsibility orientation of provincial scientific research institutions in the regional innovation system in Heilongjiang Province:continuously optimize and adjust layout,provide technological support for emerging industry strategy development and traditional industry reform and upgrading.Technology application enterprises and scientific research institutions should maintain close cooperative relations,enhance the driving force of scientific and technological innovation,and meet the development needs of enterprises.Scientific research institutions should clarify their own positioning,cultivate misplaced awareness,and realize the integration of scientific research and local economic and social development.
