摘 要:在船舶不断朝着智能化、数字化方向发展的形势下,其也面临着更为严峻的网络安全风险。若不能合理应对网络安全风险,则可能会诱发环境污染、搁浅及碰撞等事故,进而影响到船东的经济利益,使船员的生命安全受到严重威胁。鉴于此,文中重点论述了船舶网络系统现状和面临的安全风险,并基于船员、船东和VTS主管机关提出了应对网络安全风险的对策。Under the situation that ships are constantly developing in the direction of intelligence and digitalization,they are also facing more severe cyber security risks.If cyber security risks cannot be reasonably dealt with,accidents such as environmental pollution,grounding and collision may be induced,which in turn will affect the economic interests of shipowners and seriously threaten the safety of crew members.In view of this,this paper focuses on the current situation of ship network systems and the security risks they face,and proposes methods to deal with cyber security risks based on crew members,shipowners and VTS authorities.
