中药膏摩联合四磨汤治疗糖尿病合并胃轻瘫的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的观察中药膏摩联合四磨汤治疗糖尿病合并胃轻瘫的效果及安全性。方法回顾性选取2020年10月至2022年9月在北京中医药大学房山医院收治的105例糖尿病合并胃轻瘫患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(55例),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药膏摩联合四磨汤治疗,均治疗1个月。比较两组的胃轻瘫主要症状指数量表(GCSI)、血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、胃排空情况(胃排空率、胃排空时间)、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后的GCSI评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后的胃排空率高于对照组,胃排空时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药膏摩联合四磨汤治疗糖尿病合并胃轻瘫的疗效较好,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,降低血糖水平,改善胃排空情况,且不良反应少,安全性好,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and moxibustion combined with Simo Decoction in the treatment of diabetes complicated with gastroparesis.Methods A total of 105 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with gastroparesis admitted to the Fangshan Hospital Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to September 2022 were retrospectively selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(55 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ointment and moxibustion combined with Simo Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.Gastroparesis cardinal symptom index(GCSI),blood glucose level(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin),gastric emptying(gastric emptying rate,gastric emptying time),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The GCSI score,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HBA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastric emptying rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the gastric emptying time was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with gastroparesis,traditional Chinese medicine ointment and moxibustion combined with Simo Decoction has a good effect,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the blood sug
