摘　　要：目的探讨Benson放松疗法对血液透析患者日常生活活动能力(ADLs)的影响。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月于医院血液透析中心接受血液透析治疗的105例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(52例)和试验组(53例)。对照组采用常规管理,试验组在常规管理基础上进行为期4周的Benson放松疗法干预。比较干预前后两组工具性日常生活活动能力(IADL)量表评分。结果干预前,两组打电话、购物、备餐、做家务、洗衣、交通、服药及理财评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,试验组购物、备餐、做家务、洗衣、交通评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组打电话、服药及理财评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Benson放松疗法可有效改善血液透析患者的ADLs。Objective The effects of Benson relaxation therapy on the abilities to perform activities of daily living(ADLs)in hemodialysis patients were investigated.Methods A total of 105 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in the hemodialysis center of the hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group(52 cases)and an exeperimental group(53 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine management,and the exeperimental group received Benson relaxation therapy for 4 weeks on the basis of routine management.Before and after the intervention,the scores of the instrumental activities of daily living(IADL)scale were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in telephone calls,shopping,meal preparation,housework,laundry,transportation,medication and financial management scores(P>0.05).After intervention,the shopping,meal preparation,housework,laundry and transportation scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of phone calls,medication and financial management(P>0.05).Conclusion Benson relaxation therapy can effectively improve ADLs in hemodialysis patients.
