摘 要:目的分析二维超声联合超声造影鉴别诊断肝脏良恶性肿瘤的价值。方法选取2019年7月至2022年7月医院收治的115例肝脏肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组(57例)和试验组(58例)。对照组仅行二维超声检查,试验组采用二维超声联合超声造影检查。以病理检查结果为金标准,分析两种检查方法对肝脏良恶性肿瘤的诊断效能及与病理检查结果的一致性。结果以病理检查结果为金标准,二维超声联合超声造影检查对肝脏良恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏度、准确度均高于二维超声单独检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二维超声单独检查结果与病理检查结果的一致性理想(Kappa=0.541,P<0.05),联合检查结果与病理检查结果的一致性极好(Kappa=0.897,P<0.05)。结论二维超声联合超声造影对肝脏良恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏度、准确度高于二维超声单独检查,且与病理检查结果的一致性极好。Objective To analyze the value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors.Methods A total of 115 liver tumor patients admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(57 cases)and the experimental group(58 cases).With the use of only two-dimensional ultrasound examination in the control group and the combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination in the experimental group,the diagnostic efficacy of the two examination methods for identifying benign and malignant liver tumors and the consistency with pathological examination results were analyzed,with pathological examination results as the gold standard.Results Based on the pathological examination results as the gold standard,the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound for benign and malignant liver tumors were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound alone,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The consistency between the individual examination results of two-dimensional ultrasound and the pathological examination results was ideal(Kappa=0.541,P<0.05),and the consistency between the combined examination results and the pathological examination results was excellent(Kappa=0.897,P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound for benign and malignant liver tumors are higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound alone,and the consistency with pathological examination results is excellent.
