基于互联网的同质化护理服务对经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管肿瘤患者导管自我管理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于互联网的同质化护理服务对经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)肿瘤患者导管自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年7月医院肿瘤科收治的80例PICC肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取基于互联网的同质化护理服务。比较两组导管自我管理能力、PICC导管维护知识、并发症及生活质量。结果护理结束时,两组PICC自我管理能力量表评分、PICC导管维护知识评分均高于护理前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理结束时,两组健康调查量表36(SF-36)评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网的同质化护理服务可提高PICC肿瘤患者对PICC导管维护知识的认知度、导管自我管理能力,降低并发症发生风险,改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of Internet based homogeneous nursing service on catheter self-management ability of peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)catheterized tumor patients.Methods A total of 80 tumor patients with PICC admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received homogenized nursing service based on Internet.The catheter self-management ability,the knowledge of PICC catheter maintenance,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of nursing,the scores of PICC self-management abilitity scale and knowledge of catheter maintenance of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and those of the observation group was higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At the end of nursing,the short form 36(SF-36)scores in both groups were higher than before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The Internet based homogeneous nursing service can improve the knowledge of PICC catheter maintenance,catheter self-management ability,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of tumor patients with PICC catheterization.
