摘　　要：体育现代化是中国式现代化的重要组成部分,要实现体育现代化,中国特色体育法治体系建设至关重要,能为体育现代化进程和体育强国建设提供强有力的保障。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,概述中国特色体育法治体系建设的必要性,对中国特色体育法治体系建设的基本理念、建设目标和重点工作内容进行分析。中国特色体育法治体系建设应基于中国特色社会主义法律制度和中国特色体育实践基础之上,将以人民为中心的体育发展观作为建设中国特色体育法治体系的基本原则,将权利本位思想贯穿于整个中国特色体育法治体系建设中,以建设“体育强国”为目标,实现体育法治现代化,并助推中国体育治理体系和治理能力现代化。中国特色体育法治体系建设的重点工作内容是进一步完善体育法律法规体系,建设高效体育法治实施体系,加快形成严密的体育法治监督体系,加快形成有力的体育法治保障体系。The process of sports modernization holds great significance in the Chinese path to modernization journey.To achieve this,establishing a system of sports law with Chinese characteristics becomes pivotal,as it serves as a solid foundation for advancing sports modernization and creating a leading sports nation.Through literature review and logical analysis,this article expounds on the imperative need for constructing a system of sports law with Chinese characteristics.It delves into the fundamental principles,objectives,and essential tasks involved in such an endeavor.The research proposes that the construction of a system of sports law with Chinese characteristics should be built upon the system of socialist law with Chinese characteristics while considering the unique sports practices prevalent in China.Guided by a people-centered sports development outlook,the system of sports law with Chinese characteristics should integrate a rights-oriented ideology throughout its entire construction process.Its ultimate aim is to foster a "leading sports nation",achieve the modernization of sports governance through the rule of law,and enhance China's sports governance system and capabilities.The critical tasks for constructing a system of sports law with Chinese characteristics encompass refining the existing body of sports laws and regulations,establishing an efficient implementation system for sports rule of law,expediting the creation of a comprehensive oversight mechanism for sports rule of law,and accelerating the establishment of a robust safeguarding system for sports rule of law.
