摘　　要：宁西线为贯通东西的主要通道之一,在路网中具有重要地位,目前宁西线西合段存在通过能力利用率低、机车机班使用效率不高、通道作用发挥不充分等问题,制约了全路货运增量目标的实现。为解决宁西线西合段通过能力利用率低问题,在阐述宁西线概况的基础上,针对宁西线西合段运输组织存在的设备缺陷、机车交路运用、机车机班、南阳西站、信阳北站能力问题,提出相应设备缺陷整改、机车交路运用调整、车流组织及调度指挥优化、设备保障等优化思路,为铁路货运增量、缓解陇海线能力紧张的现状提供运力保障。As one of the main passageways connecting the east and the west,Yongningzhen-Xinfengzhen Line has an important position in the railway network.At present,the Xihe section of Yongningzhen-Xinfengzhen Line has some problems,such as a low utilization rate of carrying capacity,low utilization efficiency of locomotive and locomotive crew,and insufficient play of the function of the passageway,which restrict the increase in freight traffic on the whole railway.In order to solve the problem of the low utilization rate of the carrying capacity of Xihe section of Yongningzhen-Xinfengzhen Line,the general situation of Yongningzhen-Xinfengzhen Line was described.In view of the equipment defects existing in the transportation organization of Xihe section of Yongningzhen-Xinfengzhen Line,locomotive track operation,locomotive route operation,and capacity problems of Nanyang West Station and Xinyang North Station,the optimization ideas such as rectification of equipment defects,adjustment of locomotive route operation,optimization of traffic flow organization and dispatching command,and equipment support were put forward to provide transport capacity guarantee for railway freight traffic increase and relieve the capacity shortage of Longhai Line.
