摘 要:二连浩特铁路口岸是“一带一路”建设和向北开放的桥头堡,随着进出口运量持续快速增长,二连站通过能力已近饱和。通过分析二连站设备设施、联运运量,并对站间区间通过能力、咽喉道岔组通过能力、到发线通过能力、区间通过能力及能力利用情况进行计算和分析,结合调车机作业能力、集装箱堆存能力、货运代理公司作业习惯、边检查验时间不确定、本务机车在蒙方停留时间、出境杂货列车欠轴等因素对通过能力的影响,研究提出提高二连铁路口岸运输组织效率的措施以及近期和远期的扩能改造建议方案。Erenhot Railway Port is the bridgehead of promoting“the Belt and Road”construction in China and opening to the north.With the continuous and rapid growth of import and export traffic,the capacity of Erenhot Railway Station has been nearly saturated.The section capacity,throat turnout group capacity,arrival and departure line capacity,and capacity utilization were calculated by analyzing Erenhot Railway Station equipment and facilities and combined transport volume.Factors such as shunting operation capacity,container storage capacity,operation habits of freight forwarding company,uncertain border inspection time,dwell time of the locomotive in Mongolia,and insufficient towing weight of outbound general cargo trains were considered to analyze their impacts on the carrying capacity.The measures to improve the efficiency of transportation organization,as well as suggestions for short-term and long-term expansion and transformation of Erenhot Railway Port,were proposed.
