竞争较充分型铁路物资采购价格影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：竞争较充分型铁路物资采购规模大、采购频次高,其价格影响因素一直是国铁企业关注的焦点。开展竞争较充分型铁路物资采购价格影响因素实证研究,是推动国铁企业加强物资采购价格精细化管理的重要举措。运用robust回归分析方法,对竞争较充分型铁路物资采购价格的主要影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明:竞争较充分型铁路物资采购价格与原材料价格、工资水平、采购距离呈正相关关系,与采购数量呈负相关关系。然而,不同影响因素对竞争较充分型铁路物资采购价格的影响程度不同,原材料价格对采购价格影响较显著,其他影响因素对采购价格的影响显著性较差。The railway materials of full competitive type have a large scale and high frequency of procurement,and railway companies are very concerned about the price influencing factors.Empirical study on the influencing factors of the railway materials price is an important measure to promote price refinement management of railway companies.This paper used the robust regression to analyze the price influencing factors of railway materials of full competitive type.The research results show:the price of competitive railway materials is positively correlated with raw material price,wage level and distance,while negatively correlated with procurement quantity.However,different influencing factors have different impacts on price of the railway materials.The price of raw materials has a significant impact on the purchase price,while other influencing factors have a less significant impact on the purchase price.
