摘 要:选用2种无纺布(W_(1)、W_(2))作为膜支撑材料,通过非溶剂致相分离(Nips)法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)平板膜,利用扫描电子显微镜、接触角测试仪对无纺布和膜的形貌和亲水性进行分析,分析支撑材料的表面形貌和亲水性对PVDF膜微观结构、抗污染、水通量和剥离强度的影响。结果表明,W_(2)的纤维直径较大,呈三维排列的网络几何结构,纤维间的结合更紧密。与W_(1)相比,W_(2)接触角增大至96°,虽然支撑材料的亲水性降低,但是,以W_(2)为支撑材料制备的PVDF膜综合性能最佳,纯水通量为910 L/(m^(2)·h),通量恢复率为98.4%,无纺布与膜的剥离强度为244 N/m。在相同刮膜条件下,以W_(1)为支撑材料制备的膜纯水通量为230 L/(m^(2)·h),通量恢复率为80.6%,剥离强度为160 N/m。因此,将密度小、质量大的无纺布(W_(2))作为支撑材料,能提高PVDF平板膜的综合性能。Two non-woven fabrics(W_(1) and W_(2))were selected as membrane support materials,and the polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)flat membranes were prepared by nonsolvent induced phase separation process(Nips)method.The morphology and hydrophilic properties of non-woven fabrics and membranes were analynised by scanning electron microscope and contact angle tester,meanwhile,the effects of the surface topography and hydrophilic properties of the supporting material on microstructure,anti-pollution,water flux and stripping strength for PVDF membrane were investigated.The results showed that W_(2) had larger diameter,tighter fiber binding,with a network geometry of the 3 D arrangement,which cause contact angle increased to 96°,the hydrophilic was reduced compared with W_(1),but the comprehensive perfomance of PVDF memebrance prepared with W_(2) as the supporting material was optimal,pure water flux was 910 L/(m^(2)·h),flux recovery rate reached to 98.4%,and the stripping strength of non-woven fabric and film reached to 244 N/m.The pure water flux of membrance was 230 L/(m^(2)·h),flux recovery rate reached to 80.6%,and the stripping strength of non-woven fabric and film with 160 N/m using W_(1) as the supporting material.Therefore,the non-woven cloth(W_(2))with small density and large gram as the supporting material of PVDF membrance could further improve the comprehensive performance of PVDF membrance.
