摘 要:以EVA为基体树脂、偶氮二甲酰胺(ADC)为发泡剂、聚酰胺弹性体(TPAE)为改性树脂,采用化学发泡法和辐照交联工艺成功制备了EVA/TPAE复合发泡材料,研究了EVA/TPAE体系的熔体流动速率、热性能以及EVA/TPAE发泡体系的力学性能、热导率和泡孔结构等。结果表明,TPAE能提高EVA/TPAE复合材料的熔体流动速率,降低其复合材料的相对结晶度。随着TPAE含量的增加,EVA/TPAE发泡体系的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度、回弹率均呈现先升高后下降的趋势,而表观密度、硬度、热导率呈先下降后升高的趋势;当TPAE的含量为10%时,EVA/TPAE发泡体系的断裂伸长率、回弹率均达到最大值,分别为433.8%和59.1%,与纯EVA发泡体系相比,分别提高了7.9%和28.2%。EVA/TPAE复合发泡材料有望应用于婴童爬爬垫。EVA was used as the matrix,azodicarbonamide(ADC)was used as foaming agent,polyamide elastomer(TPAE)was used as modified resin.The series of EVA/TPAE composite foam material were prepared using the chemical foaming method and the radiation crosslinking process,the melt flow rate,thermal properties of the composite systems,and the mechanical properties,thermal conductivity and cellular structure of the foaming systems were investigated.The result showed that the addition of TPAE improved the melt index of the EVA/TPAE composite material but reduced the relative crystallinity.The tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and resilience rate of the EVA/TPAE foam system were found to increase at first and then tend to decrease with an increase of TPAE content,while the apparent density,hardness,and thermal conductivity decreased first and then increased.When the TPAE content was 10%,the elongation at break and the resilience of the EVA/TPAE foaming system reached the maximum values of 433.8%and 59.1%,respectively,and the pure EVA foam system increased by 7.9%and 28.2%,respectively.The EVA/TPAE foaming material was expected to be used in baby climbing mats.
