摘  要:聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)熔融加工过程中易发生热降解。在PPC中添加水滑石(LDH)导热填料,制备PPC/水滑石复合材料,与未添加LDH时相比,材料的导热性能得到提高,并且,改善了PPC熔融加工过程中的热稳定性。将PPC作为树脂基体、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)改性的水滑石(KH550-LDH)作为导热填料、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)作为界面反应增容剂,采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混工艺制备了PPC/KH550-LDH/TGIC复合材料。研究硅烷改性LDH添加量对复合材料的导热性能、热稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着KH550-LDH添加量的增加,复合材料的热导率逐渐升高,热稳定性得到提高。以树脂100份为基准,当KH550-LDH添加量为20份时,复合材料的热导率到达最大,其值为0.296 W/(m·K);当KH550-LDH的添加量为10份时,复合材料具有较高的热稳定性,T5%为296.5℃;当KH550-LDH添加量大于10份时,复合材料的热稳定性无显著变化。Thermal degradation of Polypropylene carbonate(PPC)often occurred during melt processing.In this paper,PPC/hydrotalcite composite with improved thermal conductivity and improved thermal stability were prepared by introducing hydrotalcite(LDH)thermally conductive fillers.PPC/KH550-LDH/TGIC composite were obtained by mixing PPC as the matrix resin,γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550)modified hydrotalcite(KH550-LDH)as the thermally conductive filler,and triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC)as the interface reaction compatibilizer by twin-screw extruder melt blending process.The influence of the addition of KH550-LDH on the thermal conductivity and the thermal stability of the composite was studied.The results showed that with the increasing amount of KH550-LDH added,the thermal conductivity and thermal stability increase gradually.Based on 100 parts of resin,when the addition of KH550-LDH was 20 parts,the thermal conductivity of the composite reached the maximum,which was 0.296 W/(m·K).When the addition of KH550-LDH was 10 parts,the composite had a high thermal stability,T_(5%)was 296.5℃.Further increasing the addition of KH550-LDH,the thermal stability of the composite was not further improved.
