摘  要:采用硫氢化钠法生产工艺合成特种工程塑料聚苯硫醚,从机理角度分析该工艺的缩聚过程,通过优化升温程序,在缩聚过程中添加工艺稳定剂,例如,少量二氯芳酮、二氯芳砜、二氯芳酰亚胺等高活性含氯单体,提升了反应成功率,收率基本保持在90%以上,并且,不改变产品的性质,优化了聚苯硫醚生产过程中的工艺稳定性;在缩聚反应完全结束后,立刻用醇钠盐、酰亚胺的钠盐等单官能团物质对产品进行封端,减少了氯端基的含量,提升了树脂热稳定性;在降温前,采用2.5 mol/molS的水进行水激淬灭聚合反应,树脂的结晶度能提升至65%以上,改善了树脂的粒径,有利于后处理工序的进行。Polyphenylene sulfide,a special engineering plastic,was synthesized by the sodium hydrosulfide process.The polycondensation process of this process was analyzed from the perspective of the mechanism.By optimizing the temperature rise procedure and adding process stabilizer in the polycondensation process,such as a small amount of dichloroaromatic ketone,dichloroaromatic sulfone,and dichloroaromatic imide and other highly active chlorine-containing monomers could improve the success rate of the reaction without changing the properties of the product itself,and the yield was basically maintained at more than 90%,the process stability of polyphenylene sulfide production process was optimized;After the polycondensation reaction was completed,the product was blocked with monofunctional groups such as sodium salt of alcohol and imide immediately,which reduced the content of chlorine end group and improved the thermal stability of the resin;Before cooling,the water quenching polymerization reaction was carried out with the amount of water of 2.5 mol/molS,the crystallinity of the resin was increased to more than 60%,the particle size of the resin was improved and it was convenient for the post-treatment process.
