摘 要:以己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯共聚物/纤维素(PBAT/Cellulose)、己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物/聚乳酸(PBAT/PLA)和己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物/纤维素/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT/Cellulose/PBS)3种生物可降解复合薄膜为研究对象。采用不同食品模拟物进行总迁移实验,3种样品以95%乙醇为食品模拟液时,总迁移量分别为13.3、16.8、13.1 mg/dm^(2),均超出10 mg/dm^(2);采用万能材料试验机和气体透过率测试仪进行力学及阻隔性能测试,3种样品的拉伸强度分别为23、25、27 MPa,断裂伸长率分别为93%、53%、70%,透氧量分别为2.7、173.6、12.4 cm^(3)/(m^(2)·24 h·0.1 MPa);采用扫描电镜观察实验前后3种样品的表面。结果表明,PBAT/PLA薄膜的复合效果最佳,95%乙醇更易使薄膜表面的颗粒脱落。采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对3种样品进行非靶向分析,鉴定出19种(半)挥发性物质,大部分为润滑剂和表面活性剂,其中,硬脂酰胺、油酸酰胺等物质存在安全隐患。Three biodegradable composite films of butylene adipate and butylene terephthalate copolymer/cellulose(PBAT/Cellulose), copolymer of butylene adipate and butylene terephthalate/polylactic acid(PBAT/PLA) and copolymer of butylene adipate and butylene terephthalate/cellulose/polybutylene succinate(PBAT/Cellulose/PBS) were used to the research subjects. Different food simulants were used for total migration experiments. When 95% ethanol was used as food simulants, the total migration amounts of the three samples were 13.3, 16.8, 13.1 mg/dm^(2), respectively, which exceeded 10 mg/dm^(2). The mechanical and barrier properties were tested by universal material testing machine and gas permeability tester. The tensile strength of the three samples were 23, 25 and 27 MPa, respectively. The elongation at break was 93%, 53% and 70%, and the oxygen permeability was 2.7, 173.6 and 12.4 cm^(3)/(m^(2)·24 h· 0.1 MPa), respectively. Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the surface of 3 samples before and after the experiment. The results showed that the composite effect of PBAT/PLA film was the best, and 95% ethanol can make the particles fall off the surface of the film easily. Through the non-targeted analysis of 3 samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), 19 kinds of(semi-) volatile substances were identified, most of which were lubricants and surfactants, stearamide, oleic acid amide and other substances had certain safety risks.
