摘　　要：目的 探讨腹部蝶形皮瓣修复双指热压伤的效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2022年1月嘉兴市中医医院烧伤整形科收治的12例双指热压伤患者,创面经手术清创后以下腹部蝶形皮瓣修复创面,术后观察皮瓣血供、质地,供区情况及患指外观、功能恢复情况。结果 12例皮瓣全部存活,随访6~12个月,皮瓣质地良好,手指伸屈活动良好,5例外观略显臃肿,余外观满意,腹部供区恢复良好。结论 腹部蝶形皮瓣修复双指创面,患指功能恢复较好,外观较满意,供区相对隐蔽,可直接缝合,是一种修复手指创面的较理想的方法。Objective To investigate the effect of abdominal butterfly flap in the treatment of double-finger hot compression injury.Methods Twelve patients with double-finger hot compression injury admitted to Department of the Burn Plastic Surgery,Jiaxing Hospital of TCM from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected.The wounds were repaired by butterfly flap of lower abdomen after surgical debridement,the blood supply,texture,donor area,appearance and functional recovery of affected finger were observed after operation.Results All the 12 cases of skin flaps survived.Follow-up was conducted for 6 to 12 months.The skin flaps were good in texture and good in finger extension and flexion.The appearance of 5 cases was slightly bloated,and the remaining appearance was satisfactory,and the abdominal donor area recovered well.Conclusion Abdominal butterfly flap is an ideal method to repair wounds on both fingers,with better functional recovery and satisfactory appearance.The donor area is relatively hidden and can be sutured directly.
