摘　　要：民以居为安。于小家,住房是港湾,是依靠,更是生活的希望。于国家,住房是安居之本,是民生之要,更是社会和谐之根基。2004年,中德住房储蓄银行在天津正式开业。作为国内唯一获准专业经营住房储蓄业务的商业银行,中德住房储蓄银行为人们实现安居梦提供了一个新的渠道和选择。2017年12月,中德住房储蓄银行济南分行落户槐荫区;2018年5月23日。People feel safe when they have sheltered housing.Housing is the basis of stability and security for an individual or family.At the national level,housing is.viewed as the center of our social,emotional and sometimes economic lives.Sino-German Bausparkasse,the only commercial bank eligible to provide mortgage savings in China,was opened in Tianjin in 2004.So now,people who want to buy houses have another financing choice.The Jinan branch of Sino-German Bausparkasse was set up in Huaiyin District in December 2017.It was included in Jinan's multi-level housing policy system by the local government on May 23,2018.
