摘　　要：中德住房储蓄银行济南分行,作为一家中外合资的银行金融机构,于2017年12月28日落户济南。中德住房储蓄银行(以下简称“中德银行”)总部位于天津,由中国建设银行和德国最大的住房储蓄银行施威比豪尔住房储蓄银行共同出资组建,其中建设银行作为中方股东持股75.1%,施威比豪尔银行持股24.9%。中德银行成立的目的在于,引进广泛施行于欧洲的住房储蓄制度,以配合中国的住房制度改革和城镇化建设,与住房公积金、商业按揭贷款共同形成中国市场三大住房融资模式。The Jinan Branch of Sino-German Bausparkasse,a Sino-foreign joint venture of financing and banking services,was established in Jinan in December 28,2017.Headquartered in Tianjin,Sino German Bausparkasse is a joint venture between CCB and Bausparkasse Schwabisch Hall AG.The establishment of Sino-German Bausparkasse aims to set up three major housing financing models with housing provident fund,commercial mortgage financing,through bringing in the housing savings loan system that is widely practised in Europe.
