摘　　要：“对照国家、山东省、A类企业排放标准,万瑞炭素可以说是已经实现了超低排放,我们正在积极对上申报A类企业。”8月25日,“一月一主题”集中采访采风团来到平阴县孔村镇炭素产业集群,探访济南万瑞炭素有限责任公司建成不久的数字智慧中心,公司负责人着重介绍了实时显示在大屏上的焙烧车间和煅烧车间内二氧化硫、氮氧化物、粉尘浓度的排放指标,对照国家排放标准、山东省排放标准、A类企业排放标准,公司的排放数值要远低得多。Fundamental to development,the booming industrial economy is entirely private in Pingyin's case.Focusing on the high-quality economic development,the county government has endeavored to level up enterprise's intelligent upgrading,green transformation and digitization.Since this year,Pingyin County has been boosting the private economy as the most important wok.It rolled out policies such as Measures to Promote the High-quality Development of the Private Economy to alleviate the hardship of private enterprises.In the first half of the year,the total retail sales of consumer goods of Pingyin rose 18.3 per cent to 4.44 billion yuan on a year-on-year basis,ranking second in the city.
