摘　　要：针灸应用于妇产科一些难治病证有较长的历史和一定的临床效果,且不良反应较少。随着针灸疗法的推广,针灸对妇科疾病的治疗日益受到人们的关注。作者通过整理古代文献,并查阅现代的相关研究,对艾灸至阴转胎、针刺合谷联合三阴交催产、针刺少泽催乳等方法的治疗依据、具体操作方法以及临床效果进行论述,为针灸治疗妇产科相关疾病提供思路与借鉴。Acupuncture and moxibustion has a longer history of some refractory disorders of obstetrics and gynecology diseases,and it has been confirmed that there is a certain clinical treatment and less adverse reactions.With the promotion of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of gynecological diseases are increasingly attached importance to people.By organizing ancient literature,and checking modern related research,the author discussed the treatment basis,method and clinical curative effect of correcting abnormal fetal position by Zhiyin(BL67),accelerating labor process by Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Hegu(LI4),and treating maternal lactation by Shaoze(SI1)to provide ideas and references for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology related diseases.
