摘　　要：六经辨证是张仲景《伤寒论》首创的辨证理论体系,是根据外感病发生发展、证候特点和传变规律而创立的辨证方法。六经辨证临床应用广泛,张仲景将外感疾病演变过程中的各种证候群进行综合分析,根据邪之所在的部位、寒热表现的趋势以及邪正交争的盛衰,区分为太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴六经病。疾病的发展传变可以按照太阳-阳明-少阳-太阴-少阴-厥阴的顺序循经“传”,也有越经“变”证。文章介绍临床并不常见的变证论治一例。Syndrome differentiation of the six channels is a theoretical system of syndrome differentiation initiated by Zhang Zhongjing in Treatises on Febrile Diseases.It is a method of syndrome differentiation established according to the occurrence and development of exogenous diseases,characteristics of syndromes and laws of transmission and change.Syndrome differentiation of six meridians is widely used in clinical practice.Zhang Zhongjing makes a comprehensive analysis of various syndrome groups in the evolution of exogenous diseases.According to the location of evil,the trend of cold and heat performance,and the rise and fall of the orthogonal struggle of evil,it is divided into six meridians of sun,Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin.The development and transmission of diseases can follow the order of sun Yangming Shaoyang Taiyin Shaoyin Jueyin,and there are also evidence of“change”of more meridians.This paper introduced a rare case of syndrome variation and treatment,which has achieved good therapeutic effect.
