刘铁军教授运脾托毒法辨治气虚型功能性便秘经验

摘　　要：功能性便秘(FC)是临床常见疾病,在我国发病率可达10%~15%,且发病率会随着年龄增加而提高;长期便秘严重影响患者生活质量。受人口老龄化以及不良生活习惯的影响,气虚型FC在临床尤为多见。针对此型便秘,刘铁军教授认为糟粕秘结于内、大肠传导失司是基本病机,脾胃之气亏虚为根本,从补益正气、活血导滞出发,进一步发挥“三因学说”,以“运脾托毒”为治法、以方证为主导,临床运用黄芪类方治疗气虚型便秘效果显著。Functional constipation is a common clinical disease with an incidence of 10%-15%in China.Its incidence increases with age.Chronic constipation seriously affects patients’quality of life and is affected by aging population and bad living habits,Qi deficiency functional constipation is more common in clinic.For this type of constipation,Professor Liu Tiejun believes that the internal accumulation of the scum and the conduction loss of colon are the basic pathogenesis,and the qi deficiency of spleen and stomach is the basic pathogenesis.Starting from invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation and stagnation,further play the“three causes theory”,“supporting spleen and transporting poison”as the treatment method,with prescription as the leading,clinical application of Astragalus prescription in the treatment of qi deficiency constipation has a significant effect.
