摘　　要：胡国俊主任医师认为新型冠状病毒肺炎的病位虽在肺,但与脾胃关系密切。初期湿毒犯肺,继而传中热化,湿、毒、热蕴结交织,致中焦亏馁、阳虚不运;未成年人多脾虚湿阻,兼有饮食积结。其用药主张以透祛湿毒、清解邪热、化食消积为主;且将温阳运脾、扶中和胃贯穿治疗始终。从脾胃治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎,对于普通型、轻症患者,能使其核酸阴转快,具有较高的实用意义,值得临床重视。文章举2例验案以佐证。Chief Physician Hu Guojun believes that although the position of COVID-19 is in the lung,while it is closely related to the spleen and stomach.In the early stage,wet poison makes lung,and then cross heat,wet,poison,heat accumulation interweave,resulting in coke loss grace,yang deficiency,minors more spleen deficiency wet resistance,and diet accumulation.Drug use claims to clear damp poison,clear evil heat,chemical food and accumulation,and warm yang transport spleen,support and stomach throughout the treatment.The treatment of COVID-19 from the spleen and stomach can make common and mild patients turn quickly,which has high practical significance and is worthy of clinical attention.Two cases were attached.
