温胆汤配合针刺治疗痰热内扰型广泛性焦虑症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究温胆汤配合针刺治疗痰热内扰型广泛性焦虑症的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年1月—2021年12月赣州市第三人民医院收诊的81例痰热内扰型广泛性焦虑症患者分为研究组41例,对照组40例;对照组采用温胆汤口服治疗,研究组在此基础上配合针刺治疗。评估2组患者焦虑改善情况,并比较2组的中医证候积分、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及生活质量评分。结果经治疗,2组的各项中医证候评分较治疗前均明显下降,且研究组低于对照组;研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分显著低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组,MDA低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对痰热内扰型广泛性焦虑症患者,可采用温胆汤配合针刺的治疗模式,不仅能提高治疗效果,还可改善患者的生活质量,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wendan decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with generalized anxiety disorder caused by phlegm-heat internal disturbance type.Methods Using random number table method,81 patients with generalized anxiety disorder admitted to Ganzhou Third People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into group study of 41 cases and control group of 40 cases.The control group was treated with Wendan decoction orally.On this basis,the study group was treated with acupuncture.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared,the improvement of anxiety was evaluated,and the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and quality of life scores were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the SOD level was higher than that of the control group,and the MDA was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with generalized anxiety disorder caused by phlegm-heat internal disturbance type,Wendan decoction combined with acupuncture can be used to improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
