补肾健脾化浊汤辅助治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾健脾化浊汤辅助治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法选取江西省高安市中医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受基础治疗,观察组在此基础上接受补肾健脾化浊汤辅助治疗。对比2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分。结果治疗后,观察组患者倦怠乏力、腰膝酸软、气短懒言、恶心呕吐的中医证候积分明显较治疗前降低,且低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用补肾健脾化浊汤辅助治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,可以有效缓解患者症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Jianpi Huazhuo decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods Sixty patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Gaoan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received the basic treatment,and the observation group received the adjuvant treatment of Bushen Jianpi Huozhuo decoction on this basis.TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of fatigue,waist and knee weakness,shortness of breath,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment,and lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jianpi Huazhuo decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of chronic renal failure.
