中药热敷眼部辅助治疗非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药热敷眼部辅助治疗非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)的临床效果。方法选取2020年4月—2022年1月九江市中医医院诊断为NPDR的60例患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予中药热敷眼部治疗,均连续治疗4周。比较2组总有效率、治疗前后视网膜病变状况、视敏度、视力状况与中医证候积分。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%(27/30),高于对照组的63.33%(19/30)(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的视力水平、视敏度、出血灶面积、渗出面积、微血管瘤数、中医证候积分均较治疗前改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对轻中度NPDR,临床应用中药热敷眼部辅助西医治疗,可有助于改善临床症状及眼底血液循环,促进视功能恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine hot compress eye application for non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR).Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with NPDR in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine hot compress for eyes for 4 weeks.The total effective rate,retinopathy before and after treatment,visual acuity,visual acuity and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%(27/30),which was higher than that of the control group(63.33%,19/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity level,visual acuity,bleeding area,exudation area,microhemangioma number and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For mild to moderate NPDR,Chinese medicine hot compress eye application combined with Western medicine can be helpful to improve clinical symptoms and fundus blood circulation,and promote the recovery of visual function.
