中药封包用于全膝关节置换术后的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药封包对全膝关节置换(TKR)术后疼痛以及简明版生活质量评分表(SF-12)评分、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量的影响。方法纳入TKR术后患者共60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合中药封包治疗,连续2周,记录2组术后膝关节视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分以及SF-12评分,检测血清IL-6表达水平。结果2组患者在治疗1、2周后,膝关节VAS评分、血清IL-6含量较治疗前下降,SF-12评分较治疗前升高;且治疗后,治疗组膝关节疼痛VAS评分、血清IL-6含量均低于对照组,SF-12评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包可有效缓解TKR术后疼痛,提高SF-12评分,降低血清IL-6表达。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine encapsulation on pain,SF-12 quality of life score and serum IL-6 content after total knee replacement.Methods A total of 60 patients with pain after knee replacement were included and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine encapsulation on the basis of the control group for two consecutive weeks.VAS score of postoperative knee pain in both groups was observed,and serum IL-6 expression level was detected.Results After 1 and 2 weeks after treatment,knee VAS score,SF-12 life score and serum IL-6 content in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and knee VAS score,SF-12 life score and serum IL-6 content in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine encapsulation can effectively relieve pain after knee replacement,improve SF-12 quality of life score and decrease serum IL-6 expression.
