瑶医挑针联合神火灸治疗痔疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析瑶医挑针联合神火灸治疗痔疮患者的效果。方法抽取2019年11月—2021年11月到南昌市第一医院就医的痔疮患者70例,按随机数字表法分为甲组和乙组,每组35例,其中甲组采用常规针刺联合艾灸治疗,乙组采用瑶医挑针联合神火灸治疗。观察2组治疗前后症状分级量化表的各症状评分和总有效率。结果治疗后,乙组肛门坠痛、便血和痔核表面黏膜症状评分均低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组的治疗总有效率94.29%(33/35)高于甲组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在痔疮患者中运用瑶医挑针联合神火灸,可改善患者的有关症状,提高临床效果。Objective To explore the effect of Yao medical needle picking combined with magic fire moxibustion on hemorrhoid.Methods A total of 70 patients with hemorrhoids who went to Nanchang First Hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Group A was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with moxibustion,and group B was treated with Yao medical needle picking combined with magic fire moxibustion.Symptom score and total effective rate of symptom grading scale were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of anal pain,hematochezia and surface mucous membrane of hemorrhoidal nucleus in group B were lower than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group B was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than that of group A(77.14%,27/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with hemorrhoids,Yao medical needle picking combined with magic fire moxibustion can improve the symptoms and the clinical effect.
