摘　　要：宋初沿袭前朝制度成立的翰林医官院负责掌管医药政令、派遣医官等事务,成为两宋时期医药行政的核心机构。翰林医官院在疫情防控中具有重要的作用,既是相关政策的制定者,也是具体措施的执行者。特别是翰林医官院负责执行的组织编纂本草方书、派遣医官巡诊与驻泊、奖励与惩罚医官等具体措施,不仅对于宋代疫情防控具有积极的促进作用,也多为后世金、元、明、清政府效仿和采用,具有历史借鉴意义。In the early Song Dynasty,the Hanlin Medical Officer Academy was established following the system of the previous dynasty,which was responsible for medical decrees and dispatching medical officers,and became the core institution of medical administration in the Song Dynasty.The Hanlin Medical Officer Academy plays an important role in epidemic prevention and control,as both the policy maker and the implementer of specific measures.In particular,the specific measures implemented by the Hanlin Medical Officer Academy,such as organizing the compilation of herbal prescriptions,sending medical officers to patrol and stay,rewarding and punishing medical officers,not only played a positive role in promoting epidemic prevention and control in the Song Dynasty,but also were emulated and adopted by the later Governments,with historical reference significance.
