摘　　要：骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)是以骨量下降、骨小梁微结构稀疏变细和易发生脆性骨折为特征的一种全身性疾病,该病自身及伴随的一系列并发症不但给患者带来身心上的痛苦,还给患者带来巨大的经济负担。破骨细胞的吸收和成骨细胞的形成对骨量稳态起着决定性作用,这种紧密耦合过程的失衡可导致OP的发生,故干预破骨细胞和成骨细胞之间的通信机制对OP的治疗至关重要。废用性骨质疏松症的发生机制十分复杂,主要包括脂质代谢紊乱、骨髓干细胞分化异常、脊柱脊髓损伤等。临床以西药治疗为主,但因其不良反应频发、价格昂贵等,往往超过患者所能承受范围,故而影响治疗效果。基于《素问·阴阳应象大论》“肾主骨生髓”理论,摸索出“肾-精-髓-骨”为原则的中医药治疗废用性骨质疏松症新方法,不仅具有价格低廉、不良作用少、疗效好、安全性高的特点,还针对不同类型的OP进行辨证论治,亦可联合中医外治和系统康复疗法,具有良好的临床推广价值。Osteoporosis(OP)is a systemic disease characterized by decreased bone mass,thinning and thinning of bone trabecular micro structure and brittle fracture.The disease itself and its accompanying complications not only bring physical and mental pain to the patients,but also bring huge economic burden to the society.Osteoclast absorption and osteoblast formation play a decisive role in bone homeostasis,and the imbalance of this tightly coupled process can lead to the occurrence of OP.Therefore,intervention of the communication mechanism between osteoclast and osteoblast is of vital importance for the treatment of OP.The pathogenesis of disuse osteoporosis is very complex,including lipid metabolism disorder,abnormal differentiation of bone marrow stem cells,spinal cord injury,etc..Clinical treatment is mainly based on Western medicine,but due to frequent adverse reactions and high price,it is often more than patients can bear,thus affecting the therapeutic effect.In Suwen·Yinyang Yingxiang Dalun,under the theory of kidney governing bones marrow for kidney-essence-marrow-bone as the principle of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of disuse osteoporosis,new methods,not only has low cost,less side effect,good curative effect and high security features,and in view of the different types of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and rehabilitation therapy,combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and system has good clinical value.
