摘　　要：小儿呕吐证是儿科门诊常见症状,临床上很多内外科疾病均可导致呕吐。中医认为,胃失和降、气逆于上导致呕吐。穴位贴敷疗法作为中医外治法,其在辨证论治的基础上,通过选择特定的穴位、运用合适的药物,使药力渗透经络穴位,导入脏腑,直达病所,从而达到治疗的目的。穴位贴敷操作简便、无毒副作用、效果显著,大大增加了患儿的配合度及依从性。但仍面临缺乏循证研究大样本对照研究的不足,望今后能有所改善,以便更好地指导临床。Vomiting in children is a common symptom in pediatric outpatient department.Many internal surgical diseases can lead to vomiting in clinic.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that vomiting is caused by stomach loss and falling,and qi goes against the top.As an external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,acupoint application therapy,on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,through the selection of specific acupoints and the use of appropriate drugs,which makes the drug force penetrate the meridians and acupoints,leads into the viscera and directly reach the disease,so as to achieve the purpose of treatment.Due to the simple operation,non-toxic and side effects and remarkable effect of acupoint application,it has greatly increased the cooperation and compliance of children.However,it is still faced with the shortage of large sample control studies based on evidence,and it is hoped that it can be improved in the future,so as to better guide clinical practice.
