从肝肾阴虚论治下肢静脉曲张

摘　　要：下肢静脉曲张一旦形成,无自愈的可能,手术是目前唯一的治愈手段和方法。对于下肢静脉曲张的治疗,临床主要运用静脉腔内激光治疗术配合弹力袜,但术后易复发,易并发血栓形成,并且会给再次手术治疗增加困难,导致局部的粘连,因此中医干预治疗具有重要意义。笔者认为下肢静脉曲张基本病机是肝肾阴虚,并且确立了补益肝肾、健脾活血的治疗方法。具体治疗上,应注重补肾培本,敛阴疏肝。临床实践中,该方法取得了良好的效果。文章通过案例分享从肝肾阴虚论治下肢静脉曲张经验,以期为临床提供参考。Once the varicose veins of the lower limbs are formed,there is no possibility of self-healing,and surgery is the only cure method at present.For the treatment of varicose veins of the lower limbs,EVLT is mainly used in combination with elastic stockings,but it is easy to recur after surgery,which is prone to thrombosis,and will increase the difficulty of reoperation,leading to local adhesion.Therefore,the intervention of TCM medicine is of great significance.The author believes that the basic pathogenesis of varicose veins is liver and kidney Yin(阴)deficiency,and has established the treatment method of tonifying the liver and kidney,strengthening the spleen and activating blood circulation.In terms of specific treatment,we should paid attention to tonifying the kidney and nourishing the foundation,astringing Yin and soothing the liver,and achieved good results in clinical practice.This article shares the experience for treating varicose veins of lower limbs from the perspective of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type by cases analysis,with a view to providing a reference for clinical practice.
