摘　　要：目的 :建立梗塞通颗粒质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱 (TL C)法对处方中川芎、地龙进行鉴别 ,用双波长薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷的含量。结果 :TL C分离效果好 ;黄芪甲苷在 0 .5～ 10 .0μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9995 ) ,平均回收率为 98.3 % ,RSD =2 .0 %。结论 :所建立的方法准确可行 ,重现性好 。Objective: To establish the quality standards for Gengsaitong Granules. Methods: Ligusticum chuanxiong and Pheretima in this prescription were identified by TLC. Astragaloside was determined by double wavelength TLC Scanner. Results: Ligusticum chuanxiong and Pheretima could be detected by TLC. Determination method was linear at the range of 0.5～10.0 μg (r=0.999 5, n=7), and the average recovery was 98.3%, RSD was 2.0% (n=6). Conclusion: The established methods is accurate and reproducible. This study provides a method for the quality control of Gengsetong Granules.
